Replacement System definition

Replacement System means a new on-site wastewater treatment and disposal system to replace the existing on-site wastewater treatment and disposal system or a portion thereof.
Replacement System means an existing OWTS that has its treatment capacity expanded, or its dispersal system replaced or increased. This includes major repairs, upgrades and additions.
