Minutes means the minutes of a meeting of the board of directors of each Company held on 16 April 2014, 12 September 2014, 21 May 2015, 18 September 2015, 13 May 2016 and 9 December 2016;

Disciplinary Action means any action that can be taken on the completion of / during the investigation proceedings including but not limiting to a warning, imposition of fine, suspension from official duties or any such action as is deemed to be fit considering the gravity of the matter.
Corporate Records means the corporate records of a corporation, including (i) its articles, notice of articles or other constating documents, any unanimous shareholders agreement and any amendments thereto; (ii) all minutes of meetings and resolutions of shareholders, directors and any committee thereof; (iii) the share certificate books, register of shareholders, register of transfers and registers of directors and officers; and
Common Stock Joint Written Direction means a written direction executed by the Investor and the Company directing Investor's Counsel to disburse all or a portion of the shares of the Company's Common Stock or to refrain from taking any action pursuant to this Agreement.
Interdisciplinary team means a group of persons with varied professional backgrounds who meet with the member to develop a comprehensive service plan to address the member’s need for services.
Multidisciplinary team means a group of individuals who possess knowledge and skills related to the diagnosis, assessment, and disposition of child abuse cases and who are professionals practicing in the disciplines of medicine, nursing, public health, substance abuse, domestic violence, mental health, social work, child development, education, law, juvenile probation, or law enforcement, or a group established pursuant to section 235B.1, subsection 1.
Architectural Control Committee means and refer to that committee constituted under Article 4 hereof for the review of Development Plans (as hereinafter defined) and other functions.
Meetings means the meetings of Affected Unsecured Creditors in the Unsecured Creditor Classes in respect of each Participating CCAA Party called for the purposes of considering and voting in respect of the Plan, which has been set by the Amended and Restated Meetings Order to take place at the times, dates and locations as set out in the Amended and Restated Meetings Order;
Network Operating Committee means a group made up of representatives from the Network Customer(s) and the Transmission Provider established to coordinate operating criteria and other technical considerations required for implementation of Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III.
Supervisory Board means the Supervisory Board of the Company.
Cabinet Secretary means the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for matters relating to finance;
Agenda means the notice of a meeting setting out the business to be transacted at the meeting;
Corporate Actions means warrant and option exercises, conversions, exchanges and other capital reorganizations, calls, odd lot tenders/credits, bonus rights, subscription offers/rights, puts, maturities of securities, redemptions, mergers, tender or exchange offers, and rights exercises and expirations. Corporate Actions do not include class actions.
SAQA means the South African Qualifications Authority;
Supervisor means Advisors Asset Management Inc., and its successors in interest, or any successor evaluator appointed as hereinafter provided."
QA means Quality Assurance.
Group-wide supervisor means the commissioner or other regulatory official designated as the group-wide supervisor for an internationally active insurance group under Section 31A-16-108.6.
Board of Supervisors means the Board of Supervisors of the County.
Disciplinary Board means the Medical Disciplinary
Architectural Review Committee or “ARC” shall mean the architectural review committee established by the Organization to review plans submitted to the Organization for architectural review.
Supervisory Committee means an oversight committee elected at a general meeting;
Annual General Meeting means the meeting held by the Society in the first four months (or such other period as permitted by the Statutes) of each Financial Year at which the Annual Accounts are presented and which is specified as such in the notice convening the meeting;
Assistant Hydrographic Surveyor means the Assistant Hydrographic Surveyor of the Authority, as the case may be
Operating Committee means the Operating Committee of Epoch which meets frequently and is responsible for implementing the Company’s strategy, making operational decisions and overseeing the day-to-day running of the Company.
Session or “Charging Session” means the period of time during which a User uses Subscriber’s Charging Station to charge his or her electric vehicle for a continuous period of time not less than two (2) minutes commencing when a User has accessed such Charging Station and ending when such User has terminated such access.
