Moderate Error definition

Moderate Error means any demonstrable Error in the Product that: (a) causes the Product to operate improperly; or (b) produces results materially different from those described in the specifications, but which error does not rise to the level of a Major Error.
Moderate Error means End Users are able to use the Com21 Software but a small number of End Users experience Errors in the Com21 Software causing significant inconvenience to those End Users due to some loss of functionality of the Com21 Software.
Moderate Error means any demonstrable Error in the Server Software that: (a) causes the Server Software to operate improperly; or (b) produces results materially different from those described in the specifications, but which error does not rise to the level of a Major Error.

Examples of Moderate Error in a sentence

  • In the event of a Moderate Error, Com21 will respond to all Moderate Errors by assigning a technician to investigate such Error within four (4) hours from the time Philips reports the Error to Com21.

  • CIC shall, within 24 hours of the receipt of notice of any Moderate Error, contact Licensee to verify such Moderate Error.

  • If an Error causes intermittent but recurring disruptions in the use of an Application ("Moderate Error"), Xxxxxxxxx shall commence efforts to remedy the Moderate Error within one (1) business day after receipt of Notification, and shall work until a commercially reasonable remedy for the Moderate Error is implemented.

  • Upon STI’s verification of such Moderate Error, STI will use its commercially reasonable efforts to provide a Workaround for such Moderate Error.

  • STI shall, within *** after the receipt of notice of any Moderate Error, contact Trace to verify such Moderate Error.


More Definitions of Moderate Error

Moderate Error means an Error that causes the Software not to operate in accordance with the Specifications but to still be usable with difficulty (e.g. by means of a “work-around” solution), and with some (not serious) disruption to business activity. The urgency is less than in critical situations because of a lesser immediate or impending effect on system performance, Users, and the Users’ operation.
