Monthly Construction Report means a written report in relation to a calendar month with respect to the Project to be prepared by or on behalf of the Seller for each month while the Project or any Expansion thereof is under Development until the Commercial Production Date or Expansion Production Date, as the case may be, which shall include all of the information contained in the monthly reports prepared and provided to the board of directors of the Excelsior Parent, and, to the extent not contained in such reports, will also contain, for such month:

  • Commence Construction means that an owner or operator has either undertaken a continuous program of construction or has entered into a contractual obligation to undertake and complete, within a reasonable time, a continuous program of construction.

  • Scheduled Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on Scheduled Completion Date;

  • Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement means the sum of Base Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement and Additional Day-ahead Scheduling Reserves Requirement.
