Examples of Monthly Management Fees in a sentence
The Manager’s Remuneration shall be paid to the Manager in advance on the first day of each month of the Financial Year concerned by deductions made by the Manager from the Monthly Management Fees collected from the Owners.
The Management Fees Deposit shall (subject to Clause 10.6) be non-refundable and shall not be set off by the Owner against Monthly Management Fees or any other amounts payable by him under this Deed.
In these financial regulations the term ‘proper practice’ or ‘proper practices’ shall refer to guidance issued in Governance and Accountability in local Committees in England and Wales – a Practitioners’ Guide which is published jointly by NALC and SLCC and updated from time to time.
If the Management Fee is less than the Monthly Management Fees already charged then the General Partner will return the difference.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, if Owner terminates this Agreement prior to the end of the Term (including any renewal Term), Owner shall pay a Termination Fee equal to the total Monthly Management Fees which would have been earned by Agent from the date of termination through the earlier of the following: (i) the remaining term of any then-current Tenant’s lease; or (ii) the remainder of the original Term of this Agreement.

Monthly Management Fees are a component of the monthly services fee for each Service Area.
To pay and discharge all taxes, rates and outgoings payable in respect of his Unit and to indemnify the other Owners against all liabilities in respect thereof Provided That all outgoings including Monthly Management Fees and Government rent payable in respect of a Unit up to and inclusive of the date of the first assignment of that Unit shall be paid by the First Owner (no Owner shall be required to make any payment or reimburse the First Owner for these outgoings).
This fee is completely separate from Monthly Management Fees and Tenant Placement Fees.
For the avoidance of doubt, nothing in this Clause 10.3(a) shall imply that the First Owner is not liable to pay the Monthly Management Fees in respect of each Unit which he has the Right to Occupy in accordance with Clause 10.3(b) and the payments in accordance with Clause 10.11 hereunder.
