Examples of Monthly Services Charge in a sentence

  • The Monthly Services Charge (without consideration of any previous adjustments pursuant to this Section 3(f)) shall be adjusted on March 1 of each Contract Year commencing on or after January 2006 by an amount equal to the percentage increase, if any, in the PPI from the month of December 2004 to the month of December immediately preceding such Contract Year; provided, however, the Monthly Services Charge will not decrease as a result of any decrease in the PPI.

Related to Monthly Services Charge

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.

  • Annual Service Charge as of any date means the amount which is expensed in any 12-month period for interest on Debt of the Issuer and its Subsidiaries.
