Examples of Monthly Services Charge in a sentence

  • Upon reasonable notice to Incumbent that any such Equipment requires replacing, Incumbent shall be responsible for providing the labor and other associated costs of installing any such Equipment, pursuant to any Monthly Services Charge adjustment set forth in Section 5.4 of this Maintenance Agreement.

  • Monthly Service Fee means a monthly charge to a member for continuing care and not as rent, or a daily prorated portion thereof.
