Space Plans definition

Space Plans means detailed scope drawings and notes prepared by Landlord’s Architect, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit B-1, showing the intended design, character and finishes of the Expansion Space (excluding Landlord’s Additional Work), including partition and door locations, all in sufficient detail to enable the Working Plans (including the Mechanical System Plans) to be prepared.
Space Plans means plans, drawings, and specifications showing the intended design, character, and finishes of the Tenant's Work in the Demised Premises, including partition and door locations and storefront signs.
Space Plans shall be a schematic plan of the Premises indicating the location of all partitions and doors, and shall include the locations and structural, mechanical, electrical or plumbing requirements of any equipment or usage which may affect the structural components and service systems of the Building.

Examples of Space Plans in a sentence

  • If Tenant requests any changes to the Work described in the Space Plans or the Working Drawings, then such increased costs and any additional design costs incurred in connection therewith as the result of any such change shall be added to the Total Construction Costs.

  • If Landlord reasonably disapproves any aspect of the Space Plans, Landlord will advise Tenant in writing of such disapproval and the reasons therefor in accordance with the Work Schedule.

More Definitions of Space Plans

Space Plans means the Preliminary Spaces Plans finally approved or deemed approved by Landlord as provided above. Material changes to the Space Plans shall require Landlord’s prior consent, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. To the extent not attached hereto on the Execution Date, this Work Letter will be automatically amended to include as Annex 1 hereto the finally approved Space Plan.
Space Plans means the Tenant’s space plans depicting improvements to be installed in the Premises (Exhibit D).
Space Plans means plans, drawings, and specifications showing the intended design, character, and finishes of the Premises, including partition and door locations and security systems.
Space Plans means the preliminary space plans for the Tenant improvements Work, to be prepared and adopted as provided in Section 3.1(b). “Substantial Completion” means the occurrence of all of the following: (a) substantial completion of the Tenant Improvements Work, except foritems which are incomplete or unsatisfactory, do not materially interfere with Tenant’s use of the Premises for the Permitted Use, and can be completedwithout material interference with Tenant’s use of the Premises; (b) substantial completion of that portion of the Base Building Work necessary to occupy the Premises, except for items which are incomplete or unsatisfactory, do not materially interfere with Tenant’s use of the Premises for the Permitted Use, and can be completed without material interference with Tenant’s use of, or access to the Premises; and (c) issuance of a certificate of occupancy for the Premises and certificate of occupancy for the Building as necessary to allow Tenant to occupy and use the Premises for the Permitted Use.
Space Plans shall contain information specified in EXHIBIT 1 and shall be sufficiently complete to permit Landlord and Landlord's Engineers to review such drawings for the purpose of conforming the Space Plans with the Base Building Drawings and for the purposes described in Section 1.3 below. The Space Plans shall be prepared by Tenant's Architect at Tenant's sole cost and expense, subject to Landlord's payment of the Allowance as hereinafter provided.

Space Plans means a drawing of the Premises clearly showing the layout and relationship of all departments and offices, depicting partitions, door locations, types of electrical/data/telephone outlets, and delineation of furniture and equipment, as attached in Exhibit A and approved by Landlord and Tenant.
