Neighborhood Expense definition

Neighborhood Expense. : shall mean the actual and estimated expenses which the Association incurs or expects to incur for the benefit of Owners within a particular Neighborhood or Neighborhoods, which may include a reasonable reserve for capital repairs and replacements and a reasonable administrative charge, as may be authorized pursuant to this Declaration or in the Supplementary Declaration(s) applicable to such Neighborhood(s).
Neighborhood Expense. . “Neighborhood Expense” means and refers to the following expenses, including but shall not be limited to: (a) costs of insurance, if any, from time to time obtained by the Association attributable to a Neighborhood; (b) costs of operating and maintaining all other improvements and easement areas for which the Association is responsible for maintaining, repairing and/or replacing, including but not limited to the grass, landscaping and irrigation system located on all of the Lots attributable to a Neighborhood; (c) all utility charges and other taxes on Association-owned property attributable to a Neighborhood; (d) the cost of the Association’s performance of all obligations imposed upon the Association by this Declaration, the Association’s Articles of Incorporation, the Association’s Bylaws attributable to a Neighborhood; (e) operating costs of the Association attributable to a Neighborhood; (f) costs and fees of accountants, attorneys and other professionals retained by the Board of Directors to serve, represent or advise the Association attributable to a Neighborhood and (g) costs of irrigation water furnished to Lots. Neighborhood Expenses are a component of the Common Expenses, but rather than being charged to all Owners in the Property, they are charged to the applicable Neighborhood. The Board of Directors, in its reasonable discretion, shall determine which expenses of the Association shall be charged as a Neighborhood Expense or a Common Expense. Neighborhood Expenses will vary among the various Neighborhoods, as determined by the Board of Directors, in its reasonable discretion.

Examples of Neighborhood Expense in a sentence

Related to Neighborhood Expense

  • Neighborhood means either of the following:

  • Planned Expenditures shall have the meaning provided in the definition of the term Excess Cash Flow.

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • Skilled Nursing Facility means an institution or part thereof that is licensed as a Skilled Nursing Facility by the State of Florida, and is accredited as a Skilled Nursing Facility by The Joint Commission or recognized as a Skilled Nursing Facility by the Secretary of Health and Human Services of the United States under Medicare.

  • Medical Expense means an expense incurred at the time a past member or his or her health reimbursement account dependent is furnished the medical care or service. To be considered a medical expense under this act, the expense shall meet all of the following conditions:

  • Stormwater management planning area means the geographic area for which a stormwater management planning agency is authorized to prepare stormwater management plans, or a specific portion of that area identified in a stormwater management plan prepared by that agency.

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

  • Campsite means any place where any bedding, sleeping bag, or other material used for bedding purposes, or any stove or fire is placed, established or maintained for the purpose of maintaining a temporary place to live, whether or not such place incorporates the use of any tent, lean-to, shack, or any other structure, or any vehicle or part thereof.

  • Regulatory Flood Protection Elevation means the “Base Flood Elevation” plus the “Freeboard”. In “Special Flood Hazard Areas” where Base Flood Elevations (BFEs) have been determined, this elevation shall be the BFE plus two (2) feet of freeboard. In “Special Flood Hazard Areas” where no BFE has been established, this elevation shall be at least two (2) feet above the highest adjacent grade.

  • Centers means the international agricultural and natural resources research centers that are members of the Consortium; and each a “Center”.

  • Public expense means that the LEA either pays for the full cost of the evaluation or ensures that the evaluation is otherwise provided at no cost to you, consistent with the provisions of Part B of the IDEA, which allow each State to use whatever State, local, Federal and private sources of support are available in the State to meet the requirements of Part B of the Act.

  • Transportation Expense means the cost of Medically Necessary conveyance, personnel, and services or supplies.

  • Nursing facility means an institution as defined in Iowa Code chapter 135C. This definition does not include acute care settings.

  • Extra Expense means expense or cost incurred (1) to continue the conduct of the Assured’s business,

  • refurbishment means repairing of used electrical and electronic equipment as listed in Schedule I for extending its working life for its originally intended use and selling the same in the market or returning to owner;

  • Condominium Property means the lands, leaseholds, and personal property that are subjected to condominium ownership, whether or not contiguous, and all improvements thereon and all easements and rights appurtenant thereto intended for use in connection with the condominium.

  • Maintenance Capital Expenditures means, for any period, the portion of the aggregate amount of all Capital Expenditures of the Borrower for such period attributable to maintenance of property, plant or equipment of the Borrower and the Restricted Subsidiaries, as determined in good faith by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.
