Neighborhood Expenses definition

Neighborhood Expenses means and include the actual and estimated expenses incurred by the Association for the benefit of Owners of Units within one (1) or more particular Neighborhoods, which may include a reasonable reserve for capital repairs and replacements, all as may be specifically authorized from time to time by the Board of Directors and as more particularly authorized herein.
Neighborhood Expenses means the actual and estimated expenses incurred or anticipated to be incurred by the Association for the benefit of the Owners and occupants of Units within a particular Neighborhood or Neighborhoods which may include a reasonable reserve for capital repairs and replacements, as the Board may specifically authorize and as may be authorized herein or in Supplemental Declarations applicable to the Neighborhoods.
Neighborhood Expenses means and include the actual and estimated expenses incurred or anticipated to be incurred by the Association for the benefit of Owners of Lots or Dwelling Units within a particular Neighborhood or Neighborhoods, which may include a reasonable reserve for capital repairs and replacements thereto, all as may be specifically authorized, from time to time, by the Board of Directors.

Examples of Neighborhood Expenses in a sentence

  • It shall be the duty of the Board, at least ninety (90) days before the beginning of each fiscal year, to prepare a separate budget covering the estimated Neighborhood expenses to be incurred by the Association for each Neighborhood on whose behalf Neighborhood Expenses are expected to be incurred during the coming year.

  • Neighborhood Expenses shall be allocated equally among all Lots within the Neighborhood benefited thereby and levied as a Neighborhood Assessment unless otherwise specified in the Supplemental Declaration applicable to such Neighborhood or if so directed by the Neighborhood in writing to the Board of Directors.
