Neighborhood Expenses definition

Neighborhood Expenses means and include the actual and estimated expenses incurred by the Association for the benefit of Owners of Units within one (1) or more particular Neighborhoods, which may include a reasonable reserve for capital repairs and replacements, all as may be specifically authorized from time to time by the Board of Directors and as more particularly authorized herein.
Neighborhood Expenses means the actual and estimated expenses incurred or anticipated to be incurred by the Association for the benefit of the Owners and occupants of Units within a particular Neighborhood or Neighborhoods which may include a reasonable reserve for capital repairs and replacements, as the Board may specifically authorize and as may be authorized herein or in Supplemental Declarations applicable to the Neighborhoods.
Neighborhood Expenses means and include the actual and estimated expenses incurred or anticipated to be incurred by the Association for the benefit of Owners of Lots or Dwelling Units within a particular Neighborhood or Neighborhoods, which may include a reasonable reserve for capital repairs and replacements thereto, all as may be specifically authorized, from time to time, by the Board of Directors.

  • Each Neighborhood requesting special services or a higher level of service from the Association shall, at least ninety(90) days before the beginning of the Association's fiscal year, submit to the Board for its approval a separate budget covering the estimated Neighborhood Expenses to be incurred by the Association.

  • There shall be three (3) types of assessments: (a) Common Assessments to fund Common Expenses for the benefit of all Members of the Association; (b) Neighborhood Assessments for Neighborhood Expenses benefiting only Units within one (1) or more particular Neighborhoods; and (c) Special Assessments as described below.

Neighborhood Expenses shall include but not be limited to the following: 2.47.1 expenses of compensation, benefits and related administration costs, payroll taxes, ERISA related liabilities, and other employment costs for those engaged in providing Neighborhood Maintenance; 2.47.2 expenses of performing Neighborhood Maintenance (including unpaid Neighborhood Assessments and Special Assessments due the Association and not paid by the Owner responsible for payment); 2.47.3 the cost of repair and replacement of all furniture, fixtures and equipment used in connection with the performance of Neighborhood Maintenance; 2.47.4 the cost of inventories and operating supplies consumed in the performance of Neighborhood Maintenance; 2.47.5 all costs and fees of independent professionals or other third parties who are retained by the Association to perform services required or permitted in connection with Neighborhood Maintenance; all costs and fees of consultants, professionals and operational experts who are retained or employed by the Association for specialized services in connection with Neighborhood Maintenance; 2.47.6 the cost of personnel training and development including attendance by employees at training and development programs designated by the Association in connection with Neighborhood Maintenance; 2.47.7 the costs of all utilities, pest control, landscaping, irrigation and other services in connection with the Neighborhood Maintenance; 2.47.8 the costs of fire, casualty and liability insurance, workers' compensation insurance, and other insurance covering or connected with the Neighborhood Maintenance; 2.47.9 all costs and expenses of compliance by Association with applicable legal requirements pertaining to the performance of Neighborhood Maintenance; 2.47.10 debt service on any secured or unsecured loan incurred by the Association in connection with Neighborhood Maintenance; 2.47.11 amounts paid by the Association for the dischar...
