Network Charge definition

Network Charge means the amount we are charged to cover the provision of Network Services.
Network Charge means any tariff or charge that we are permitted to charge under the Electricity Laws or any other applicable law in connection with the transportation of electricity to the Premises.
Network Charge means a fee that a system user must pay for the use of the natural gas system and which is calculated on the basis of network charge tariffs and the scope of system use;

Network Services includes the supply of Energy, contracting with the network operator for the supply of distribution and/or transmission services to Your premises and providing other goods and services that may be included in our price plans or provided under any additional terms and conditions of which We have notified You or otherwise agreed with You. New Connection means installing Electricity within Your Premises for the first time which can include adding Meter assets, registering Your ICP with the Electricity Registry and becoming a customer. Online Discount means a discount You will receive if You have registered for Our online Billing service and do not require a paper Bill to be mailed to You. The discount amount will be as indicated on Schedule A – Your Price Plan. Our Representatives means the staff of Pulse Energy, Just Energy, Grey Power Electricity or third party contractors.
Network Charge means the cost payable by you to access and use our privately owned embedded network (as varied from time to time).

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • Connection Charge is the sum payable by the Communications Provider in accordance with the Openreach Price List for provisioning of the Service;

  • User charge means a charge imposed on airlines for the provision of airport, air navigation, or aviation security facilities or services including related services and facilities.

  • Infrastructure Charge means a Water Infrastructure Charge or a Sewerage Infrastructure Charge;

  • Monthly Charge shall have the meaning set forth in Article 5.

  • Transition charge means a nonbypassable rate or charge to be imposed on a customer to pay

  • Hire Charge or “Hire Charges” means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

  • Network Load means the load that a Network Customer designates for Network Integration Transmission Service under Tariff, Part III. The Network Customer’s Network Load shall include all load (including losses) served by the output of any Network Resources designated by the Network Customer. A Network Customer may elect to designate less than its total load as Network Load but may not designate only part of the load at a discrete Point of Delivery. Where an Eligible Customer has elected not to designate a particular load at discrete points of delivery as Network Load, the Eligible Customer is responsible for making separate arrangements under Tariff, Part II for any Point-To-Point Transmission Service that may be necessary for such non-designated load.

  • Network Upgrades means modifications or additions to transmission-related facilities that are integrated with and support the Transmission Provider’s overall Transmission System for the general benefit of all users of such Transmission System. Network Upgrades shall include:

  • CCAA Charges means the Administration Charge and the Directors’ Charge;

  • SLDC Charges means the charges levied by the SLDC of the state wherein the Solar Power Project is located;
