Non-Conforming Work definition

Non-Conforming Work means any part of the Work not meeting the requirements of the Contract.
Non-Conforming Work means work that does not conform to the Contract Documents and includes work that is unsatisfactory, faulty, or deficient or that does not meet the requirements of any applicable inspection, reference standard, test, or that does not meet any approval required by, or referred to in, the Contract Documents, or work that has been damaged prior to CONSULTANT’s recommendation of final payment (unless responsibility for the protection thereof has been assumed in writing by OWNER).
Non-Conforming Work means any Work found by Owner or any Subsequent Owner to be defective or not to have conformed to the requirements of a Contract.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Change Order means a written order to the Contractor signed by the Contracting Officer, issued after execu- tion of the Contract, authorizing a change in the term or scope of the Contract.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Warranty Period /„Maintenance Period‟ shall mean the period during which the Contractor shall remain liable for repair or replacement of any defective part of the Works performed under the Contract.
