Nonconforming site definition

Nonconforming site means a solid waste handling facility which does not currently comply with the facility requirements of WAC 173-304-400 but does comply with a compliance schedule issued in a solid waste permit by the jurisdictional health department.
Nonconforming site means a lot or parcel of land which was lawfully developed in accordance with zoning regulations in effect at the time of development but which does not comply with current regulations with respect to, but not limited to: density; coverage; yards; setbacks; parking layout and paving; site orientation; fencing and walls; landscaping; refuse storage; outdoor storage, or any other provision specific to site development, regardless of whether or not the site was previously deemed conforming.
Nonconforming site means a lot which does not conform to shoreline regulations pertaining to the development of a site, including but not limited to landscaping, parking and loading, public access, vegetation management, and lighting.
