Notice to Proceed Date means the date on which any Notice to Proceed is issued by the Owner in accordance with the terms of this Contract.

Notice to Proceed Date or “LNTP Date” means the date on which Notice to Proceed occurs as per Section 2.1.

More Definitions of Notice to Proceed Date

Notice to Proceed Date means the date on which Seller issues a notice to proceed with respect to the construction of the Expansion Project.

Notice to Proceed Date means the date on which Seller issues a full notice to proceed with respect to the construction of the Facility. “Other Gevo Production Facilities” has the meaning set forth in Recital E.
