Contractor shall design and submit an outline of a training program to Owner within one hundred eighty (180) Days after the Notice to Proceed Date and a detailed training program one hundred eighty (180) Days prior to commencement of training.
Subject to any Limited Notice to Proceed, Contractor shall commence the Work only after the Notice to Proceed Date specified in the Notice to Proceed and thereafter diligently pursue the Work.
