Notice to Proceed Date definition

Notice to Proceed Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.1.1.

Notice to Proceed Date means the date on which any Notice to Proceed is issued by the Owner in accordance with the terms of this Contract.

Notice to Proceed Date or “LNTP Date” means the date on which Notice to Proceed occurs as per Section 2.1.

Examples of Notice to Proceed Date in a sentence

If the Contractor fails to provide written notice of its selected Notice to Proceed Date within ten (10) Calendar Days of Contract execution, the selected Notice to Proceed Date will become the date fifteen (15) Calendar Days after the date of Contract execution.
In the event the Contractor, for matters of its convenience, wishes to begin Work earlier than fifteen (15) Calendar Days or later than thirty (30) Calendar Days after the date of Contract execution, the Contractor shall make such a request in writing to the Project Manager within ten (10) Calendar Days of the Date of Contract execution or once a Notice to Proceed Date has been established.
If the Contractor wishes to begin Work more than ten (10) Calendar Days after its selected Notice to Proceed date or the Notice to Proceed Date indicated in the Contract, the Contractor shall make such a request to the Project Manager in writing no later than five (5) Calendar Days after the Notice to Proceed date.
The Contractor shall commence construction activities on the project site within ten days of the Notice to Proceed Date, unless otherwise approved in writing.
This plan will be submitted for Agency approval within 10 days of the Notice to Proceed Date.

Notice to Proceed Date has the meaning given in Schedule 1.

Notice to Proceed Date means the date on which Gevo issues a full notice to proceed with respect to the construction of the Facility.

Notice to Proceed Date means the date on which Seller issues a full notice to proceed with respect to the construction of the Facility.

Notice to Proceed Date or “NTP Date” means the date specified in an NTP for work on Contract, project, Task Order or Work Order to begin.

Notice to Proceed Date means the date on which Seller issues a notice to proceed with respect to the construction of the Expansion Project. “Party” or “Parties” has the meaning set forth in the Preamble.

Notice to Proceed Date has the meaning set forth in Section 5.2(b). “Operating Spare Parts” are each manufacturer’s recommended spare parts list for the Equipment as described in Section 3.29(a).

Notice to Proceed Date means the date of issuance of the Notice to Proceed which shall be the same as the Closing Date.
