Notification Agent definition

Notification Agent means Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch in its capacity as notification agent under the Notification Agency Agreement (or any successor or replacement notification agent appointed pursuant to the Notification Agency Agreement).Annex: Special Conditions The Master Terms and Conditions shall be supplemented and modified by the following Special Conditions which shall form part of the Terms and Conditions of the Instruments. In the event of any inconsistency between the Master Terms and Conditions and these Special Conditions, these Special Conditions shall prevail and the Master Terms and Conditions shall be amended accordingly.
