Occasional care definition

Occasional care means care that is provided for no more than 70 days in any calendar year for the purpose of the supervision and guidance by a person, sponsor, or organization not ordinarily engaged in providing child care for children, as defined in this rule, for not more than 70 days, or for enrichment activities that coincide with the non-school days in the Oregon public school system.
Occasional care means services that provide short-term care to parents.
Occasional care means care of children, with or without compensation, that is provided on an infrequent and irregular basis with no apparent pattern.

Funeral services include, but are not limited to, care of dead human remains, embalming, preparation of dead human remains for final disposition, professional services relating to a funeral or an alternative to a funeral or final disposition of dead human remains, transportation of dead human remains, limousine services, use of facilities or equipment for viewing dead human remains, visitation, memorial services, or services which are used in connection with a funeral or alternative to a funeral, coordinating or conducting funeral rites or ceremonies, cremations, and other services provided in connection with a funeral, alternative to a funeral, or final disposition of dead human remains.

  • Adult foster care means room and board, supervision, and special services to an adult who has a

  • Medical cannabis card means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.

  • Travel Services means transportation, accommodation or other travel arrangements including, without limitation, air, rail, bus passenger transportation, hotel accommodation and car hire services.

  • Standard fertility preservation services means procedure based upon current evidence-based standards of care established by the American Society for Reproductive Medicine, the American Society for Clinical Oncology, or other national medical associations that follow current evidence-based standards of care.

  • System Services means the SRS, DNS Name Server and Whois services for the Registry TLD for which availability and Performance Specifications are established.
