Offshore Security Documents definition

Offshore Security Documents means the Security Documents (other than the Onshore Security Documents and this Agreement).
Offshore Security Documents means the security documents listed in Exhibit E attached hereto in form and substance satisfactory to the Investors.
Offshore Security Documents the Master Security Agreement, and each other agreement or document, filings, notices, arrangements or the like which are required to establish and maintain the security interest in the Offshore Collateral for the benefit of the Secured Parties.

More Definitions of Offshore Security Documents

Offshore Security Documents means the Dutch Account Security Agreement, the Dutch Assignment Agreement and the Security Agreement.
Offshore Security Documents means each of: (a) the Offshore Assignments of Reinsurances; (b) the Offshore Project Accounts Charge; (c) the Offshore General Security Agreement; (d) the Offshore Share Security Agreements; and (e) the Subordinated Shareholder Loan Assignment Agreements entered into by Medco, the Kyushu Shareholder, the Itochu Shareholder and the Ormat Shareholder.
Offshore Security Documents means the Charge over Offshore Account, the Insurance Assignment, the Pledge over Entitlements under PSCs, the Charge over Debt Service Reserve Account, the Share Mortgage (Borrower), the Share Mortgage (FEE), the Share Mortgage (MIEH), the Subordination Deed and the other Security Documents to which the Offshore Security Agent is a party;

Offshore Security Documents means the security documents listed in Exhibit E attached hereto and all other mortgages, security agreements, documents, instruments and other materials, entered into from time to time, necessary to create or perfect any Lien upon the assets of the Company and its Subsidiaries, in form and substance satisfactory to the Investors.

  • Indenture Secured Parties means the Noteholders.

  • Permitted Cure Securities means any equity securities of the Borrower, Holdings or any Parent Entity issued pursuant to the Cure Right other than Disqualified Stock.

  • ABL Security Documents means any agreement, document or instrument pursuant to which a Lien is granted securing any ABL Obligations or under which rights or remedies with respect to such Liens are governed.

  • Dutch Security Documents means the Dutch Share Pledges, the Dutch Intercompany Pledges and any other Dutch law security document creating security for the benefit of the Collateral Agent.
