Online Study Materials definition

Online Study Materials means, but is not limited to, Online Tests, Online Tutorials and Online Downloads;
Online Study Materials means any material in an electronic format which may be (i) downloaded from the Website or (ii) accessed and viewed on the Website, including, but not limited to, PDFs, MP3s, JPEGs, MPEG4s and MOVs;
Online Study Materials means any material in an electronic format which may be (i) downloaded from the Website or (ii) accessed and viewed on the Website, including, but not limited to, PDFs, MP3s, JPEGs, MPEG4s and MOVs, subject to terms and conditions of the Villasis Law Center;

  • If you have been provided with any Online Study Materials prior to your cancellation, your access to such Online Study Materials will be withdrawn upon cancellation.

  • If the contract is for the supply of digital content including but not limited to eBooks, Online Course and Online Study Materials your right to cancel and obtain any refund will be lost if you have given IoA express consent to supply the digital content to you during the Cancellation Period or if you access the digital content before the expiry of the Cancellation Period.

  • Please note that it is your responsibility to check that the computer you plan to use to access the Online Study Materials is compatible with any minimum specification requirements set out in BPP’s Bring your Own Device Policy.

  • It is your responsibility to ensure that you regularly save and back up (i) all data which you hold on the computer from which you are accessing the Online Course and the Online Study Materials; and (ii) all data that you are inputting when completing the Online Course.

  • Please note that it is your responsibility to check that the computer you plan to use to access the Online Study Materials is compatible with the minimum specification requirement.

Online Study Materials means, but is not limited to, online tests, online tutorials and online downloads;• "Outbound Delivery Costs" means the postal charge incurred by you for the delivery of any BTT Materials to you;• "BTT Fees" means the fees payable for the BTT as set out in the BTT Booking Form;• "BTT Materials all and any learning materials provided by BPP to you to accompany the BPP and shall include the Online Study Materials;• "Sponsor" means any third party organisation or individual who has undertaken to pay your BTT Fees; and

  • Study Materials means all the materials and information created for the Study, or required to be submitted to the Sponsor including all data, results, Biological Samples, Case Report Forms (or their equivalent) in whatever form held, conclusions, discoveries, inventions, know-how and the like, whether patentable or not, relating to the Study, which are discovered or developed as a result of the Study, but excluding the Institution’s ordinary patient records.

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Regulatory Materials means any regulatory application, submission, notification, communication, correspondence, registration and other filings made to, received from or otherwise conducted with a Regulatory Authority in connection with the Development, manufacture, marketing, sale or other Commercialization of a Product in the Field in a particular country or jurisdiction. “Regulatory Materials” includes any IND, Marketing Approval Application and Regulatory Approval.

  • SAP Materials means any software, programs, tools, systems, data, or other materials made available by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) prior to or in the course of the performance under any part of this Agreement including, but not limited to, the other SAP Products.

  • Third Party Materials means any materials and information, including documents, data, know-how, ideas, methodologies, specifications, software, content, and technology, in any form or media, in which any Person other than the State or Contractor owns any Intellectual Property Right, but excluding Open-Source Components.

  • Research Data means documents in a digital form, other than scientific publications, which are collected or produced in the course of scientific research activities and are used as evidence in the research process, or are commonly accepted in the research community as necessary to validate research findings and results;

  • APIs means SAP application programming interface and accompanying or related Documentation, source code, tools, executable applications, libraries, subroutines, widgets and other materials made available by SAP or through SAP tools or SAP Software Development Kit (and all derivative works or modifications thereof) to Provider that allow Provider to integrate the Provider Service with the Cloud Service, including any access code, authentication keys or similar mechanisms to enable access of the APIs.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Supplier Materials has the meaning set out in clause 8.1(g);

  • Customer Materials any materials, data, information, software, equipment or other resources owned by or licensed to You and made available to Us pursuant to facilitating Your use of the Services, including Customer Data.

  • Licensed Technology means the Licensed Know-How and Licensed Patents.

  • Development Tool Kit means a DS Offering specifically designed for application or content development. A Development Tool Kit is either identified (i) with “CAA” or “ENOVIA Studio” in the DS Offering name, or (ii) in the Transaction Document and/or the Product Portfolio. Extended Enterprise User means an employee of Customer’s affiliate(s), supplier(s) and/or customer(s) authorized to use Customer’s DS Offering for the sole and exclusive purpose of enabling the Extended Enterprise User(s) to conduct business with Customer. The use of the DS Offering by any such Extended Enterprise User(s) 1) shall be solely limited to use (a) as configured and deployed by Customer and (b) in connection with the Extended Enterprise User’s performance of services for and on behalf of Customer, and 2) shall exclude any use by Extended Enterprise User (a) for its own account or a third party’s account, or (b) for the purpose of modifying, otherwise using, maintaining or hosting the DS Offering. Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio.

  • Cloud Materials means any materials provided or developed by SAP (independently or with Provider’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Consulting Services to Provider or its Customers. Cloud Materials do not include any Customer Data, Provider Confidential Information, or the SAP Cloud Service.

  • Manufacturing Process means any process for—

  • Proprietary Materials means tangible chemical, biological or physical materials (a) that are furnished by or on behalf of one Party to the other Party in connection with this Agreement, whether or not specifically designated as proprietary by the transferring Party or (b) that are otherwise conceived or reduced to practice in the conduct of the Research Collaboration.

  • IP Materials has the meaning given to it in clause E8.1 (Intellectual Property Rights).

  • Collaboration Know-How means all Know-How conceived, discovered, developed or otherwise made by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing (solely or jointly by or on behalf of a particular Party or any of its Affiliates or permitted subcontractors of any of the foregoing) in the course of [***].
