The Licensor currently offers CC BY 4.0 and CC BY-NC 4.0, but these are subject to change to newer versions of the said licenses at any time by the Licensor. CC BY-NC is currently offered by the selected journals defined in Schedule 1. It is understood that journals may during the Term offer other license options. If more than 2% of the Open Choice Journals choose to change the license from the currently offered license specified in Schedule 1, the Licensor shall promptly inform the Licensee through the National Library of Finland, and the Licensee shall have the right to terminate the License Agreement by written notice to Licensor in accordance with Section 7.2 of the General Terms and Conditions within 30 days upon the date of notification, such termination being effective with the beginning of the month of the Term following receipt of termination notice. For avoidance of doubt this clause does not prevent the Licensor from implementing CC0-license for data or changing the license from CC BY NC to CC BY.
Open Access License means the Creative Commons license Attribution 4.0 International (CC-BY 4.0) used for the publishing of Eligible Articles. The Creative Commons CC0 license will be assigned to the data accompanying the Eligible Articles.
