Open Space Specification definition

Open Space Specification. Means the specification and phasing programme for the carrying out of the Open Space Works including landscaping proposals on the Open Space Land which shall be submitted to the Council for approval;
Open Space Specification means a detailed specification for the design, construction, materials and works to construct the Open Space including all furniture, lighting and drainage;
Open Space Specification a specification(s) for the carrying out of the works to set out the Open Space on each Phase of the Development the details of which shall include, if applicable (and unless otherwise agreed with the Council in writing):

Examples of Open Space Specification in a sentence

  • Prior to the commencement of each phase, or part thereof, an Open Space Specification for the phase shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority, to accord with principles shown in plan no.

Open Space Specification means the specification submitted to and approved by the Council

Open Space Specification means the scheme approved by the Borough Council pursuant to this Schedule to secure the delivery of the Open Space

Related to Open Space Specification

  • Standard Specifications means a compilation in book form of specifica- tions approved for general application and repetitive use;

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.
