Operation & Maintenance Period definition

Operation & Maintenance Period means the period commencing from the date of signing of the Concession Agreement and ending on the last day of the Concession Period or Termination of the Concession Agreement, whichever is earlier;

Operation & Maintenance Period means the period after completion of the Project during which the Contractor is liable to provide the required Operation & Maintenance services for various components of the project.
