Operational Maintenance definition

Operational Maintenance means services for the care for and maintenance of the Warehouse Complex, Premises and Land Plot, specified in Appendix 4 to the Lease Agreement;

Operational Maintenance shall not include Capital Improvements.
Operational Maintenance. Means the maintenance that the leased asset needs to maintain its benefit according to custom.
Operational Maintenance means any activity or repair required to keep a stormwater management system functioning as permitted and designed.
