Ordering Activity Data definition

Ordering Activity Data means information stored in the SaaS database.
Ordering Activity Data means clinical information, in any form or medium, collected, downloaded or otherwise received from Ordering Activity or an Authorized User by or through the Software.
Ordering Activity Data has the meaning given to such term in the Site Scan Agreement.

  • Ordering Activity Data shall be considered to be Confidential Information under the Agreement.

  • CA shall not access Ordering Activity’s User accounts, or Ordering Activity Data, except (i) in the course of data center business operations if required, (ii) in response to SaaS or technical issues or (iii) at Ordering Activity’s specific request as reasonably required in the provision of SaaS.

  • For a period of thirty (30) days after any termination of this Agreement or expiration (without extension) of the Subscription Term, Ordering Activity shall continue to have access to the Site Scan Application for the sole purpose of downloading any Ordering Activity Data stored therein.

  • Subject to the rights and licenses granted to 3DR hereunder, 3DR acknowledges and agrees that, as between the parties, Ordering Activity owns all right, title and interest in and to the Ordering Activity Data.

  • Permuta will retain Ordering Activity Data stored on the Hosted Service in a limited function account for ninety (90) days (the “Wind Down Period”) after expiration or termination of the applicable Subscription.

  • Ordering Activity is responsible for maintaining Ordering Activity Applications, Ordering Activity Systems and Ordering Activity Data and promoting and distributing Ordering Activity Applications, User Software, Updates and Upgrades to End Users via Ordering Activity’s distribution channels such as Ordering Activity’s Apple App Store page.


More Definitions of Ordering Activity Data

Ordering Activity Data means data, information and any other content supplied by Ordering Activity through Ordering Activity Systems.
Ordering Activity Data means any and all proprietary business data relating to Your business, including, without limitation, any and all data and information furnished to Us in the course of or incident to performing hereunder.
Ordering Activity Data means any data, information or content (excluding the Applications and any Assessment results thereof) provided by Ordering activity to Veracode in connection with its use of a Solution. “Confidential Information” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4 hereof. “Licensed Entity” shall mean the legal entity(ies) of Ordering activity and/or its Affiliates authorized to use the Solution as specified in the applicable Order Form, and unless otherwise stated in the Order Form, the Licensed Entity shall be Ordering activity and its Affiliates. “Solution(s)” shall mean the particular Veracode’s security related solution(s) to be provided by Veracode to Ordering activity as described in an Order Form (including in the case of any Solution provided on a software as a service basis, the Veracode Solution Platform and any Veracode provided content provided as a part thereof); any software incidental to the Ordering activity ’s use of Solutions which is provided by Veracode to Ordering activity to be installed at a Ordering activity site (“On- site Software”), including agents, APIs, virtual appliances and e-Learning content and other course content; any Solution documentation provided by Veracode in connection therewith (“Documentation”); and any updates to the particular Solution made available by Veracode as part of such Solution from time to time, in its sole discretion. As used herein, the term Solution specifically excludes all Applications. “Solution Output” shall mean the following: (i) “Report(s)” meaning any report (or any portion of a report) accessible through Veracode’s Solution Platform (or provided by such other means as mutually agreed by the parties), that provides the results of an Assessment either relating to (a) a Ordering activity Application (“Ordering activity Report(s)”) or (b) a Third Party Application (“Third Party Report(s)”); and/or (ii) “Document Output” meaning any type of document or report, other than a Report, to be provided or made available by Veracode, through the Solution Platform or otherwise, as described in an Order Form. “Solution Platform” shall mean any Veracode owned or licensed software, data, information, content or systems which form a part of the platform owned or controlled by Veracode which is used by Veracode to provide automated software as a service Solutions. Ordering Activity Data means all data, including all text, sound, video, or image files, and software, that are provided to Permuta by, or on behalf of, Ordering Activity through use of the Products.
Ordering Activity Data means the data provided by Ordering Activity to Procore regarding Authorized Users, including personally identifiable information.

Related to Ordering Activity Data

  • Pattern of racketeering activity means the planned, ongoing, continuous or repeated participation or involvement in any offence referred to in Schedule 1 and includes at least two offences referred to in Schedule 1, of which one of the offences occurred after the commencement of this Act and the last offence occurred within 10 years (excluding any period of imprisonment) after the commission of such prior offence referred to in Schedule 1;

  • Development Activity means any activity defined as Development which will necessitate a Floodplain Development Permit. This includes buildings, structures, and non-structural items, including (but not limited to) fill, bulkheads, piers, pools, docks, landings, ramps, and erosion control/stabilization measures.
