Outstanding Capital Contributions definition

Outstanding Capital Contributions means, with respect to each Series and with respect to any Member as of the time of any determination and with respect to each Series, the excess, if any, of (a) the aggregate Capital Contributions previously made by such Member with respect to the Series, over (b) the aggregate distributions previously made by the Company to such Member with respect to the Series pursuant to Article 5.
Outstanding Capital Contributions is defined in Section 5.02(e).
Outstanding Capital Contributions means, with respect to any Member as of the time of any determination, the excess, if any, of (i) the aggregate Capital Contributions previously made by such Member, over (ii) the aggregate distributions previously made by the Company to such Member pursuant to Article 5. Parent – means (i) with respect to a Member, the Person that directly or indirectly Controls such Member as set forth in Exhibit A, which shall be promptly updated by a Member upon any change to the identity of such Member’s Parent, or (ii) with respect to the Operator, the Person that ultimately Controls the Operator.

  • Principal Funding Account Balance means, with respect to any date of determination during the Controlled Accumulation Period, the principal amount, if any, on deposit in the Principal Funding Account on such date of determination.

  • Working Capital Units shall have the meaning given in the Recitals hereto.
