Overall Limit definition

Overall Limit means, in respect of Capital Expenditure in any Accounting Period, (pound)100,000, as the same may be increased from the Effective Date by the Rate of Inflation;
Overall Limit has the meaning set forth in Section 6.1;

More Definitions of Overall Limit

Overall Limit means the aggregate of the limits of the various Individual Facilities as specified in the Sanction Letter or the Individual Facility Sanction Letter or as maybe increased / decreased by the Bank from time to time and informed to the Borrower in writing.

Overall Limit. In addition to the foregoing, the total unpaid principal balance of all Exim Loans and all accrued interest thereon and all Silicon Loans and all interest thereon and all other Obligations at any time outstanding may not exceed $7,000,000.   • Sell Limit expects to open a position to sell at a higher quote then the current one at the moment of an order placement. The following orders may be used to close a position:

  • Annual limit on intake or "ALI" means the derived limit for the amount of radioactive material taken into the body of an adult worker by inhalation or ingestion in a year. ALI is the smaller value of intake of a given radionuclide in a year by the reference man that would result in a committed effective dose equivalent of 0.05 sievert (five rem) or a committed dose equivalent of 0.5 sievert (fifty rem) to any individual organ or tissue. ALI values for intake by ingestion and by inhalation of selected radionuclides are given in appendix C to rule 3701:1-38-12 of the Administrative Code.

  • Sub-Limit Defined in the Fee and Pricing Letter, which definition is incorporated herein by reference.

  • Overall Share Limit means the sum of (i) 4,289,936 Shares; (ii) any Shares that are subject to Prior Plan Awards that become available for issuance under the Plan pursuant to Article V; and (iii) an annual increase on the first day of each year beginning in 2019 and ending in 2028, equal to the lesser of (A) 5% of the Shares outstanding (on an as-converted basis) on the last day of the immediately preceding fiscal year and (B) such smaller number of Shares as determined by the Board.

  • Technical Limits means the limits and constraints described in Schedule 2, relating to the operations, maintenance and dispatch of the Project.

  • Prescribed Limit means 10% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company as at the date of passing of this resolution unless the Company has effected a reduction of the share capital of the Company, at any time during the Relevant Period, in which event the issued ordinary share capital of the Company shall be taken to be the amount of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company as altered;

  • Increase Amount is defined in Section 2.3(a).

  • Maximum Daily Limit means the maximum allowable "Daily Concentration" (defined above) when expressed as a concentration (e.g. mg/l), otherwise, it means the maximum allowable "Daily Quantity" as defined above, unless it is expressed as a flow quantity.   • Applicable Share Limit means a number of Shares equal to (A) the minimum number of Shares that could give rise to reporting or registration obligations or other requirements (including obtaining prior approval from any person or entity) of a Dealer Person, or could result in an adverse effect on a Dealer Person, under any Applicable Restriction, as determined by Dealer in its reasonable discretion, minus (B) 1% of the number of Shares outstanding.
