EXCEPT that portion of said land above and below the surface of said land within the lines of General Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxx Way as retained and unvacated as said portions are set out in City of Los Angeles Ordinance No. 150,763 and as delineated on Street Vacation Maps, on sheets 6 and 7 of 7 in Volume 23, page 68 and as shown on Sheets 6 and 7 of the ALTA Survey.
