Parent Common Stock Price definition

Parent Common Stock Price means the average of the closing prices of a share of Parent Common Stock during the thirty (30) trading days ending on the date which is two (2) trading days prior to the Closing Date.
Parent Common Stock Price means the average of the closing sales prices of Parent Common Stock on the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE") Composite Transactions Tape (as reported by The Wall Street Journal, or, if not reported thereby, as reported by any other authoritative source) on each of the 10 consecutive trading days immediately preceding the second trading day prior to the Effective Time.
