Park or recreation area definition
Park or recreation area means any area of real estate located within the park district suitable for the promotion of the health and recreation of the residents of the park district.
Park or recreation area means Aa public park which may be neighborhood and/or community serving and may include playfields, restrooms, lighted outdoor recreation facilities such as softball, baseball, soccer, and football fields, and tennis and basketball courts, and other facilities such as swimming pools, recreation centers, on-site parking, group picnic areas, and sculpture parks, but excluding Ooutdoor Rrecreation Aareas (see commercial use definitions). 18.04.293 Parking garage defined.
