Parking Lot Lease means the sublease agreement to be entered into by RHP Operations OH, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as landlord, and Gxxxx Xxx Xxxx, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as tenant, relating to the real property being utilized as overflow parking for patrons of the Gxxxx Xxx Xxxx and customers of Opry Mxxxx Mall.
