Total Mechanized: Combination of Fully Mechanized and Partially Mechanized LSRs which are electronically submitted by the CLEC.
Total Mechanized – The number of the combination of Fully Mechanized and Partially Mechanized LSRs Non-Mechanized – The number of FOCs or Rejects sent to the CLEC via FAX Server in response to manually submitted LSRs (date and time stamp in FAX Server).
Partially Mechanized: The elapsed time from receipt of a valid electronically submitted LSR (date and time stamp in EDI, LENS or TAG) until it falls out for manual handling.
