Participant Expenses definition

Participant Expenses means those costs and expenses that are incurred pursuant to authorization of the Participants Committee and are not considered costs and expenses of ISO.
Participant Expenses means any amounts that are the responsibility of the Participant or the appropriate responsible party, other than ACS, to pay in accordance with his or her Benefit Plan, including co-payments, coinsurance and deductibles.

  • The ISO shall use moneys received by it from Covered Entities for an Invoice for ISO Charges to pay all amounts due to the ISO under Section IV of the Transmission, Markets and Services Tariff, all amounts due to NEPOOL for Participant Expenses, and all amounts due to the ISO for acting as Project Manager for the generation information system (the “NEPOOL GIS”) before making any payments to any Covered Entities.

Participant Expenses means attorneys' fees and disbursements and all other out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by either Participant in connection with the negotiation of this Agreement or otherwise in connection with the Participation and which, under the Financing Agreements, constitute part of the Obligations. Congress may, in its sole discretion, apply Collections to reimburse itself and the Participants (if and to the extent that Participants have reimbursed Congress as provided hereunder) for Extraordinary Expenses actually expended, and may reserve such portion of the Collections as it may deem necessary to cover such Extraordinary Expenses which have accrued or are foreseeable.

Related to Participant Expenses

  • Eligible Expenses means expenses incurred for Medical Services rendered with respect to a Disability.

  • Eligible Expenditures means expenditures in respect of the reasonable cost of goods, works and services required for the Project and to be financed out of the proceeds of the Loan allocated from time to time to the eligible Categories in accordance with the provisions of Schedule 1 to this Agreement; and

  • Administrative Expense Cap An amount equal on any Payment Date (when taken together with any Administrative Expenses paid during the period since the preceding Payment Date or in the case of the first Payment Date, the period since the Closing Date), to the sum of (a) 0.025% per annum (prorated for the related Interest Accrual Period on the basis of a 360-day year and the actual number of days elapsed) of the Fee Basis Amount on the related Determination Date and (b) U.S.$250,000 per annum (prorated for the related Interest Accrual Period on the basis of a 360-day year consisting of twelve (12) 30-day months); provided that (1) in respect of any Payment Date after the third Payment Date following the Closing Date, if the aggregate amount of Administrative Expenses paid pursuant to Section 11.1(a)(i)(A), Section 11.1(a)(ii)(A) and Section 11.1(a)(iii)(A) (including any excess applied in accordance with this proviso) on the three immediately preceding Payment Dates and during the related Collection Periods is less than the stated Administrative Expense Cap (without regard to any excess applied in accordance with this proviso) in the aggregate for such three preceding Payment Dates, then the excess may be applied to the Administrative Expense Cap with respect to the then-current Payment Date; and (2) in respect of the third Payment Date following the Closing Date, such excess amount shall be calculated based on the Payment Dates preceding such Payment Date.

  • 415 Compensation means:

  • Eligible Compensation means (i) for eligible exempt employees, such employee’s base salary at the time the Bonus or Spot Bonus is determined (prorated for time in an eligible position), and (ii) for eligible non-exempt and non-union hourly employees, such employees’ eligible wages for the applicable year as determined by the Company to be required by law.

  • Allowable Expenses means any Medically Necessary, Usual and Customary item of expense, at least a portion of which is covered under this Plan. When some Other Plan provides benefits in the form of services rather than cash payments, the reasonable cash value of each service rendered in the amount that would be payable in accordance with the terms of the Plan shall be deemed to be the benefit.

  • Ineligible Expenditures means those expenditures described as ineligible in Schedule C or deemed ineligible by Canada in accordance with Section 4.2.

  • Administrative Costs means all costs and expenses associated with providing notice of the Settlement to the Settlement Class and otherwise administering or carrying out the terms of the Settlement. Such costs may include, without limitation: escrow agent costs, the costs of publishing the summary notice, the costs of printing and mailing the Notice and Proof of Claim, as directed by the Court, and the costs of allocating and distributing the Net Settlement Fund to the Authorized Claimants.
