Participant Expenses definition

Participant Expenses means those costs and expenses that are incurred pursuant to authorization of the Participants Committee and are not considered costs and expenses of ISO.
Participant Expenses means any amounts that are the responsibility of the Participant or the appropriate responsible party, other than ACS, to pay in accordance with his or her Benefit Plan, including co-payments, coinsurance and deductibles.
Participant Expenses means attorneys' fees and disbursements and all other out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by either Participant in connection with the negotiation of this Agreement or otherwise in connection with the Participation and which, under the Financing Agreements, constitute part of the Obligations. Related to Participant Expenses

  • Eligible Expenses means expenses incurred for Medical Services rendered with respect to a Disability.
