Particulars of Employment definition

Particulars of Employment means the document signed by the Employer and the Employee setting out the individual terms of that Employee’s employment.
Particulars of Employment means in relation to each Employee:
Particulars of Employment or ‘POE’ means the document issued to each Employee and compliant with section 15 of the Act.
