Partnership Meeting definition

Partnership Meeting means a meeting of the Partnership Unitholders for the purpose of approving this Agreement and the Mergers, including any adjournment or postponement thereof.
Partnership Meeting means the Annual Partnership Meeting and any meeting convened as a Partnership Meeting which meetings shall constitute general or extraordinary general meetings for the purposes of the Act and the provisions of the Act relating to General Meetings shall apply to Partnership Meetings;
Partnership Meeting has the meaning set forth in Section 5.6.

  • Subject to the termination of this Agreement, the Partnership’s obligations to call, give notice of and hold the Partnership Meeting in accordance with Section 7.2 shall not be limited by the making, commencement, disclosure, announcement or submission of any Superior Proposal or Alternative Proposal, or by any Partnership Change in Recommendation.

Each school has approximately 2 students on the committee. Students serve as representatives of their school and community, and meet Mighty Network (MN): Mighty Networks hosts the Place Network online community. All Place Network teachers, leaders, and school coaches use Place Network’s Mighty Network to grow and develop as Place-based Educators through: exchanging ideas, reflecting on their growth, connecting with other teachers and their School Coach, posting related news, and accessing Place Network resources. Related to Partnership Meeting

  • Special Meeting shall have the meaning set forth in Section 23(c)(i) hereof.

  • Open meeting or "public meeting" means a meeting at which the public may be present.

  • Shareholders Meeting shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.

  • Shareholder Meeting means a meeting of the Company’s shareholders.
