Partnership Services definition

Partnership Services means the services set out in Schedule 1 (including any part of the specified services and any ancillary services) or as otherwise notified by any of: the Trust Manager to the Partnership; by Rivtow simultaneously to the Trust Manager and Partnership; or by the Customer simultaneously to Rivtow, the Trust Manager and Partnership, from time to time.

Related to Partnership Services

  • Partnership Security means any class or series of equity interest in the Partnership (but excluding any options, rights, warrants and appreciation rights relating to an equity interest in the Partnership), including Common Units, Class B Units, Subordinated Units, General Partner Units and Incentive Distribution Rights.
