Passive TSO definition
Passive TSO. Means the transmission system operator who is adjacent to the Active TSO and receives the single sided nominations forwarded by the Active TSO.
Passive TSO means, for the purposes of Single-Sided Nominations, the transmission system operator on the other side of the Interconnection Point from the Active TSO;
Passive TSO means, in respect of Single-Sided Nominations, the TSO that is not the Active TSO pursuant to the Article 12.12 of this Network Code;

It should be noted that within this process, the Passive TSO has to process all single sided (re-)nominations that have been received from the Active TSO as if it would be a (re-)nomination sent by his own Network User, to ensure that the validation rules are respected.

Passive TSO. Means the transmission system operator who is adjacent to the Active TSO and receives the single sided nominations forwarded by the Active TSO. Physical Delivered Quantity: Means the Gas Quantity delivered in VIP IBERICO. Processed Quantity or Processed Quantities: Means the quantity of gas determined by the initiating TSO and by the matching TSO, which takes into account the Shippers’ nomination or re-nomination and contractual provisions as defined under the relevant transport contract and which is used as the basis for the matching process.
