Paved Area definition

Paved Area means a portion of land paved with a weatherproof surface for parking space, driveways or streets. In the computation of such, that area covered by buildings shall be excluded.
Paved Area means an outside area with a concrete, asphalt, brick, tile, bitumen, timber or similar impervious surface (whether or not it is covered by a roof, pergola or other structure), such as a courtyard, decking, footpath, driveway or street.
Paved Area means that portion of the Access Road used and to be used by pedestrians walking between the Mall C Stairs and the City Bridge, the approximate location of which is shown on Exhibit A-1, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
