Payment Milestones definition

Payment Milestones means the milestones for the payment of the Consideration as set out in Article 4 of this Contract;

Payment Milestones means those Trikon Milestones described in Article II as “Payment Milestones” and further described in Exhibit A-2, which, when satisfied by Trikon, require Aviza’s payment to Trikon of the specified portions of the Development Fee in accordance with Section 5.1.

Payment Milestones means those milestones set in Schedule IV. “Payment Milestone Schedule” shall mean Schedule IV.

• The Project Contract will include defined deliverables, with acceptance criteria, and defined Payment Milestones by which one or more deliverables will have been completed.

• Contractor agrees to adjust the IMS and Payment Milestones deadlines to take into account any State-caused delays; provided, however, that Contractor shall continue to perform any and all activities not affected by such State-caused delay.

More Definitions of Payment Milestones

Payment Milestones means the dates the Fee will be progressively paid to the Artist as specified in Item 11 of Schedule 1.

Payment Milestones means the milestones specified in Schedule 2.4 against which the Contractor is entitled to be paid for work completed in accordance with the percentages specified therein.

The total amount due by the client is therefore the total price of the system, including Variations, less any Point-Of-Sale Discount amounts. Quotation – means the most recent quotation provided to You describing the goods to be installed, pricing and any point of sales discounts. If a quotation has passed the validation date at time of proceeding, it will be either reissued or validated by adding to Annexure A, which is attached to the Install of Solar PV Works contract. Rebates – Rebates may be offered upfront, redeemable later, or both as a Point-of-Sale Discount – See section 10.

Payment Milestones means, as the context requires, any or all Siemens Equipment Payment Milestones and EPC Payment Milestones.

Payment Milestones means the three events, when Seller shall issue invoices to Buyer who will make partial payments of the Price, which are defined as follows; (a) Advance Payment milestone requiring 34% payment, (b) Installation completed milestone requiring 33% payment, and (c) Commissioning completed milestone requiring 33% payment, or other milestone payment schedules as detailed in the Seller’s quotation. Seller's Personnel: employees of Seller, Seller Affiliates and/or Seller’s subcontractors.
