Permanent night shift definition

Permanent night shift means a shift which is applicable to an employee who:
Permanent night shift means a night shift which does not rotate with another shift or shifts or day work and which continues for a period of not less than four consecutive weeks.
Permanent night shift means a night shift which does not alternate with another shift so as to give the employee at least one third of his/her working time off night shift.

Permanent night shift means where an Employee: during a Roster cycle, works night shift only; or remains on night shift for a longer period than four consecutive weeks; or works on night shift which does not rotate or alternate with another shift or with day work so as to give him or her at least 1/3rd of his or her working time off night shift in each Roster cycle.
