Tenant shall keep Landlord fully and promptly informed of all Handling by Tenant of Hazardous Materials other than Permitted Hazardous Materials.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, normal quantities and use of those Hazardous Materials customarily used in the conduct of general office activities, such as copier fluids and cleaning supplies ("Permitted Hazardous Materials"), may be used and stored at the Premises without Landlord's prior written consent, provided that Tenant's activities at or about the Premises and Property and the Handling by Tenant of all Hazardous Materials shall comply at all times with all Environmental Requirements.
Subject to the conditions set forth herein, Landlord hereby consents to the Use (hereinafter defined) of the Permitted Hazardous Materials.
Any Permitted Hazardous Materials on the Premises will be generated, used, received, maintained, treated, stored, or disposed in a manner consistent with good engineering practice and in compliance with all Environmental Requirements.
