Personnel Rates definition

Personnel Rates are the rates listed on Schedule E and any other labor rates agreed to by the parties in writing. Rates for Equipment operators shall, notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or the Proposal to the contrary, not be considered Personnel Rates. Equipment operator costs are to be included in the Equipment Rates.
Personnel Rates means the day rates for Contractor’s personnel as specified in Attachment A3 to Exhibit AScope of Work.
Personnel Rates means the labour rates by skill set as set out in Annexure D hereto, used to determine the Contractor's charges for Services performed pursuant to this Agreement or the applicable Work Order to determine the number of hours chargeable on a time and Initial: Contractor: materials basis, which shall exclude vacation time, sick leave, travel time, unexcused absences and administrative time.

  • Time shall be charged at the Personnel Rates set forth in the applicable Work Order based on the rates as quoted and set out in Annexure D hereto, or as agreed to in writing between Interfront and the Contractor and Materials shall be charged at the Contractor’s actual cost.


More Definitions of Personnel Rates

Personnel Rates means time and materials rates by skill set as set forth in Schedule 5.8.2, and are applicable throughout the Term.

Preventative Maintenance has the meaning set forth in Clause 5.2 of Schedule B (SOW). 1.103. Problem means the unknown underlying cause of one or more Incidents.
Personnel Rates means the daily rates to be charged for Vendor Personnel as set forth in Schedule D.

Related to Personnel Rates

  • Hourly Rates means payment on the basis of time reasonably spent on a case (as opposed to payment by way of a Standard Fee) where payment is based on the rates set out in the Remuneration Regulations;

  • Personnel Costs means the costs of researchers, technicians and other supporting staff to the extent employed on the relevant project or activity;

  • Baseline Personnel Security Standard means the pre-employment controls for all civil servants, members of the Armed Forces, temporary staff and government contractors generally.

  • Personnel means persons hired by the Consultant or by any Subconsultant as employees and assigned to the performance of the Services or any part thereof;

  • Contractor Personnel means and refers to Contractor’s employees and employees of Contractor’s permitted subcontractors or permitted agents assigned by Contractor to perform Services under this Contract.

  • Provider Personnel means all persons employed or engaged by the Provider together with the Provider’s servants, agents, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, Provider’s and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Agreement;

  • Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) means a qualified person who evaluates employees who have violated a DOT drug and alcohol regulation and makes recommendations concerning education, treatment, follow-up testing, and aftercare.
