Equipment Operators. Only employees of the Authorized User who are qualified and trained in the safe operation of the Heavy Equipment shall be permitted to operate the Heavy Equipment. The Authorized User shall provide and pay for all workers’ compensation insurance and pay all payroll taxes required by law and applying to such operators.

Equipment Operators. When a machine is required for overtime work, the regular operator of the machine shall receive first call, except in cases of extreme emergency unforeseen by Management or when the regular operator is absent on approved leave.
