Equipment Operators. Utility Persons who operate the following pieces of equipment shall receive a premium of five percent (5%) of the Utility Person rate for a minimum of three (3) hours while operating: - Toro Park Master Mower - Tractor with Back Hoe - Tractor with Float (Levels) - Trimming Machine
Equipment Operators. Only employees of the Authorized User who are qualified and trained in the safe operation of the Heavy Equipment shall be permitted to operate the Heavy Equipment. The Authorized User shall provide and pay for all workers’ compensation insurance and pay all payroll taxes required by law and applying to such operators.

Equipment Operators. 8.1 Neither the Lessor, nor any of its parent, affiliates or subsidiaries, nor any of their respective directors, officers, employees or agents, shall be held responsible for any loss, costs, expenses or damages that may arise from the performance or non-performance of any services provided by the Lessor employees or freelance personnel which the Lessor may from time to time furnish or engage on behalf of the Lessee to operate the Equipment (“Equipment Operators”) as such services may be included in the description of Equipment in any Reservation. All Equipment Operators shall for all legal purposes and effect be constituted employees of the Lessee, working at the Lessee’s responsibility.

Equipment Operators. When a machine is required for overtime work, the regular operator of the machine shall receive first call, except in cases of extreme emergency unforeseen by Management or when the regular operator is absent on approved leave.

(i) Pool Maintenance Personnel - proper clothing as required for the handling of chemicals as determined by the Workers' Compensation Board, coveralls and gloves as required.
(j) Pumps Personnel - proper clothing as required for the handling of chemicals as determined by the Workers' Compensation Board, two pairs coveralls, gloves as required.
(k) Building Maintenance Worker- three (3) pairs shirts, pants and jackets per year.
Equipment Operators. 6.1 Except if due to the negligence or wilful misconduct of SIM DIGITAL, neither SIM DIGITAL, nor any of its parent, affiliates or subsidiaries, nor any of their respective directors, officers, employees or agents, shall be held responsible for any loss, costs, expenses or damages that may arise from the performance or non- performance of any services provided by SIM DIGITAL employees or freelance personnel which SIM DIGITAL may from time to time furnish or engage on behalf of the Customer to operate the Equipment (“Equipment Operators”) as such services may be included in the description of Equipment in any Reservation. All Equipment Operators shall for all legal purposes and effect be constituted employees of the Customer, working at the Customer’s responsibility.
