Time and Materials Rates definition

Time and Materials Rates means the rates specified in Schedule B that Licensor may charge for services provided under this Agreement which are not covered by the Maintenance Fee, or if not so specified, Licensor’s standard rates for such services.
Time and Materials Rates means the ratesagreed in writing between Synergy and Customer and set out in the Order Form;
Time and Materials Rates means Service Provider's hourly rates set forth in Schedule C.

Examples of Time and Materials Rates in a sentence

  • Any service that is not covered by the standard warranty and/or performed outside of the normal service hours at Owners request will be billable at the RW published Time and Materials Rates when the service is rendered.

  • The resources and expenses used in providing the Customer with on-site service shall be billed to the Customer at the Supplier’s Time and Materials Rates.

  • Orders made and Services accepted by Citizens hereunder shall be compensated at the rates described in the Time and Materials Rates table contained herein.

More Definitions of Time and Materials Rates

Time and Materials Rates means, unless otherwise provided on an Order Form or Statement of Work, GT Software’s standard quoted rates for time and materials at the time the Professional Services are performed.
Time and Materials Rates means the time and materials rates charged from time to time by Morneau Shepell to its clients (as set forth herein in Schedule F), as such rates may be adjusted from time to time by Morneau Shepell, acting reasonably and upon written notice to ERSRI;
Time and Materials Rates means the time and materials rates most published by Synergy from time to time or as otherwise agreed in writing between Synergy and Customer and set out in the Order Form;
Time and Materials Rates mean the hourly rates for Services stated in Paragraph 3.1(c);
Time and Materials Rates means PowerPlan’s standard hourly rates for time and materials when PowerPlan performs the Professional Services.
Time and Materials Rates means the time and materials rates most recently published by ipSCAPE from time to time or as otherwise agreed in writing between ipSCAPE and The Customer and set out in the Order Form;

Related to Time and Materials Rates

  • Plant and materials means: The Plant and materials in respect of which an advance payment prior to manufacture is required, which the City of Cape Town has agreed may be subject to advance payment, such Plant and materials being listed in the Schedule of Plant and materials.

  • Computational Materials has the meaning assigned to it in the May 17, 1994 letter (the "Xxxxxx letter" and together with the PSA Letter, the "No-Action Letters") of Xxxxx & Xxxx on behalf of Xxxxxx, Peabody & Co., Inc. (which letter, and the SEC staff's response thereto, were publicly available May 20, 1994).

  • Recovered materials means metal, paper, glass, plastic, textile, or rubber materials that have known recycling potential, can be feasibly recycled, and have been diverted and source separated or have been removed from the solid waste stream for sale, use, or reuse as raw materials, whether or not the materials require subsequent processing or separation from each other, but does not include materials destined for any use that constitutes disposal. Recovered materials as described above are not solid waste.

  • Licensed Materials means any materials that Executive utilizes for the benefit of the Company (or any Subsidiary thereof), or delivers to the Company or the Company’s Customers, which (a) do not constitute Work Product, (b) are created by Executive or of which Executive is otherwise in lawful possession and (c) Executive may lawfully utilize for the benefit of, or distribute to, the Company or the Company’s Customers.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Service Specifications means the following documents, as applicable to the Services under Your order: (a) the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, the Program Documentation, the Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement described in this Schedule C; (b) Oracle’s privacy policies; and (c) any other Oracle documents that are referenced in or incorporated into Your order. The following do not apply to any non-Cloud Oracle service offerings acquired in Your order, such as professional services: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Program Documentation, and the Data Processing Agreement. The following do not apply to any Oracle Software: the Oracle Cloud Hosting and Delivery Policies, Oracle service descriptions, and the Data Processing Agreement.

  • Web Site Accessibility Standards/Specifications means standards contained in Title 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 206.

  • Printed Materials means all artwork and mechanicals set forth on the disc label of the PlayStation Disc relating to any of the Licensed Products and on or inside any Packaging for the Licensed Product, and all instructional manuals, liners, inserts, trade dress and other user information to be inserted into the Packaging.

  • SAP Materials means any materials (including statistical reports) provided, developed or made available by SAP (independently or with Customer’s cooperation) in the course of performance under the Agreement, including in the delivery of any support or Professional Services to Customer. SAP Materials do not include the Customer Data, Customer Confidential Information or the Cloud Service. SAP Materials may also be referred to in the Agreement as “Cloud Materials”.

  • Manufacturing Costs means, with respect to a given AquaBounty Product, the full-time equivalent costs (under a reasonable accounting mechanism to be agreed upon by the Parties) and out-of-pocket costs that AquaBounty or any of its Affiliates incurred in manufacturing such products, including costs and expenses incurred in connection with (a) the development or validation of any manufacturing process, formulations or delivery systems, or improvements to the foregoing; (b) manufacturing scale-up; (c) in-process testing, stability testing and release testing; (d) quality assurance/quality control development; (e) internal and Third Party costs and expenses incurred in connection with qualification and validation of Third Party contract manufacturers, including scale up, process and equipment validation, and initial manufacturing licenses, approvals and inspections; (f) packaging development and final packaging and labeling; (g) shipping configurations and shipping studies; and (h) overseeing the conduct of any of the foregoing. “Manufacturing Costs” shall further include: (i) to the extent that any such AquaBounty Product is manufactured by a Third Party manufacturer, the out-of-pocket costs incurred by AquaBounty or any of its Affiliates to the Third Party for the manufacture and supply (including packaging and labeling) thereof, and any reasonable out-of-pocket costs and direct labor costs incurred by AquaBounty or any of its Affiliates in managing or overseeing the Third Party relationship determined in accordance with the books and records of such Party or its Affiliates maintained in accordance with US GAAP; and (ii) to the extent that any such AquaBounty Product is manufactured by AquaBounty or any of its Affiliates, direct material and direct labor costs attributable to such product, as well as reasonably allocable overhead expenses, determined in accordance with the books and records of AquaBounty or its Affiliates maintained in accordance with US GAAP.

  • Manufacturing Know-How means all information, techniques, inventions, discoveries, improvements, practices, methods, knowledge, skill, experience and other technology, whether or not patentable or copyrightable, and any copyrights based thereon, relating to or necessary or useful for the production, purification, packaging, storage and transportation of Collaboration Products, including without limitation specifications, acceptance criteria, manufacturing batch records, standard operating procedures, engineering plans, installation, operation and process qualification protocols for equipment, validation records, master files submitted to the FDA, process validation reports, environmental monitoring processes, test data including pharmacological, toxicological and clinical test data, cost data and employee training materials.

  • Custom Materials means Materials developed by the Supplier at the Procuring Entity's expense under the Contract and identified as such in Appendix 5 of the Contract Agreement and such other Materials as the parties may agree in writing to be Custom Materials. Custom Materials includes Materials created from Standard Materials.

  • SOPs means standard operating procedures.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time. The Contract Specifications appear on the Website.

  • Manufacturing Materials means parts, tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, plans, drawings, and information produced or acquired, or rights acquired, specifically to fulfill obligations set forth herein.

  • API means the American Petroleum Institute.

  • Product Specifications means the specifications, features and/or terms of any "Contract" (as defined in the LME Rules) listed for trading on the LME, as described in the LME Rules;

  • Program Materials means the documents and information provided by the Program Administrator specifying the qualifying EEMs, technology requirements, costs and other Program requirements, which include, without limitation, program guidelines and requirements, application forms and approval letters.

  • Core Curriculum Content Standards means the New Jersey Student Learning Standards.

  • Harvested Material means the grain or fodder from crops of the Licensed Varieties grown from Seed or Retained Seed.
