Phase I Expansion definition

Phase I Expansion means the pipeline, compression, and appurtenant facilities owned, installed, and operated by TIGER in accordance with the FERC’s certificate authorization in FERC Docket No. CP10-459-000.
Phase I Expansion. Phase II Expansion” and “Phase III Expansion” shall mean the respective expansion projects shown on Schedule 5 as the “Hearthstone A,” “Hearthstone B” and “Hearthstone C” Community Expansions, respectively. Landlord shall have no obligation to make any disbursement of Expansion Funds during the continuance of any Event of Default. Any disbursement of Expansion Funds shall be made, and all work in connection with any Expansion shall be performed, in accordance with Landlord’s reasonable and customary construction disbursement and completion requirements and pursuant to a development addendum or expansion agreement to be entered into in connection with such Approved Expansion. Upon any disbursement of Expansion Funds, Landlord’s Investment shall be increased in the amount of such disbursement in accordance with Section 2.2(a), and the amount of Minimum Rent and Additional Rent then payable shall be recalculated and reset in accordance with Section 2.1. Landlord’s commitment to make the Expansion Funds available shall be cancelled, and Landlord’s obligation to disburse any remaining Expansion Funds shall terminate, on the date that is (i) three (3) years after the date hereof with respect to the Phase I Expansion and Phase II Expansion (provided that, subject to the other terms and conditions of this Section 8.4(b), Landlord shall remain obligated to disburse such Expansion Funds as may be required to complete any approved work in connection with a Phase I Expansion or Phase II Expansion then in process), or (ii) such date determined by Landlord with respect to any approved Phase III Expansion.

Examples of Phase I Expansion in a sentence

  • With regard to the Ex-PRC Phase I Expansion Cohort Clinical Trial, the Parties shall, through the JAC, use good faith efforts to agree its final study design.

  • Licensor shall have the exclusive right, and sole responsibility and decision-making authority, to Develop the Collaboration Compound and Product in the PRC and in the Territory by conducting (either itself or through its Affiliates, agents, subcontractors and/or Sublicensees) the PRC Phase I Dose Escalation Clinical Trial, the PRC Phase I Expansion Cohort Clinical Trial, and the Ex-PRC Phase I Dose Escalation Clinical Trial, at its own cost and expense.

  • Whether or not such agreement has been reached, Company, within [...***...] of consideration in the JAC of the final study design of the Ex-PRC Phase I Expansion Cohort Clinical Trial, shall notify Licensor in writing if it will conduct (either itself or through its Affiliates, agents, subcontractors and/or Sublicensees) one or more of the Ex-PRC Phase I Expansion Cohort Clinical Trials at its own cost and expense.

Related to Phase I Expansion

  • Phase 1 means the phase of the ATP comprised of: (1) improvements to the State Street Substation; (2) construction of the Proposed Line; (3) the rebuilding of NYSEG’s existing Lines 971 and 000 xxxxx xx Xxxxxxxx Xxxx xx the NYSEG ROW to allow for construction of the Proposed Line as intended; (4) improvements to the Elbridge Substation to accept the Proposed Line; and (5) National Grid’s conveyance to NYSEG of the NYSEG Acquired ROW and such other land interests as contemplated by the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

  • Phase II means the second part of the tuition incentive assistance program which provides assistance in the third and fourth year of 4-year degree programs.

  • Phase III means human clinical trials, the principal purpose of which is to establish substantial evidence of both safety and efficacy in patients with the disease or condition being studied, as more fully defined in 21 C.F.R. §312.21(c) or similar clinical study in a country other than the United States. Phase III shall also include any other human clinical trial intended to serve as a pivotal trial to support the submission of an application for regulatory approval.

  • Phase I means the first part of the tuition incentive assistance program defined as the academic period of 80 semester or 120 term credits, or less, leading to an associate degree or certificate.

  • Phase I Study means a study in humans which provides for the first introduction into humans of a product, conducted in healthy volunteers or patients to obtain information on product safety, tolerability, pharmacological activity or pharmacokinetics, as more fully defined in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(a) (or the non-United States equivalent thereof).

  • Project Completion Date means the date on which the Completion Certificate is issued;

  • Phase II Study means a human clinical trial, for which the primary endpoints include a determination of dose ranges and/or a preliminary determination of efficacy in patients being studied as described in 21 C.F.R. § 312.21(b) (FDCA), as amended from time to time, and the foreign equivalent thereof.
