Phase I Land means that certain parcel of land owned by Landlord, adjacent to the Property and more particularly described on Exhibit A-3 to this Lease.
Phase I Land means that portion of the Land identified on the Site Plan as Phase I and on which the Phase I Improvements have been constructed and are existing.

More Definitions of Phase I Land
Phase I Land as defined in section 1.
Phase I Land shall have the meaning set forth in WHEREAS clause D and as described in Exhibit A-1 attached hereto and made a part hereof.
