More Definitions of Phase II Assessment

Phase II Assessment has the meaning set forth in Section 5.18(a) of this Agreement. “Privacy Obligation” means all applicable Laws, binding industry or self-regulatory standards or public or posted privacy policies with respect to Personal Data and/or the Processing thereof. “Processing” has the meaning ascribed to such term in any applicable Law governing Personal Data. “Proxy Statement” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.06 of this Agreement. “Registration Statement” has the meaning set forth in Section 5.06 of this Agreement. “Regulatory Approval” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.07(a) of this Agreement. “Release” means, any spilling, leaking, pumping, pouring, emitting, emptying, discharging, injecting, escaping, leaching, dumping, or disposing into the indoor or outdoor environment. “Requisite Company Shareholder Approval” has the meaning set forth in Section 3.06 of this Agreement.
Phase II Assessment has the meaning set forth in Section 5.18(a) of this Agreement.
Phase II Assessment. The City anticipates completing 6 Phase II ESAs. Several of the high priority mill sites will likely need some level of Phase II ESA. Phase II ESAs will be decided on for other properties dependent on the results of the Phase I ESAs and community input. Site-specific sampling and analyses will be performed as part of Phase II ESA in an effort to characterize the occurrence, distribution, nature and extent of contamination in soil and groundwater at a property. Phase II ESAs will be conducted in accordance with ASTM E-1903 (2011). Site assessment reports will be prepared and submitted to EPA and NCDENR summarizing results of Phase II ESA activity. The updated property profile information will be entered into ACRES with the final Phase II ESA report.
Phase II Assessment has the meaning set forth in Section 5(l) below.
Phase II Assessment means a focused soil, soil-gas, and/or groundwater sampling and analysis program. Consultant selects sampling techniques and chemical analysis methods based on information obtained through the Phase I assessment (site geology, hydrogeology, and the nature of the suspected concern) and on the client’s particular objectives and needs.
Phase II Assessment is defined in Section 6.2(b).

Related to Phase II Assessment

  • Phase I assessment as described in, and meeting the criteria of, (i) Chapter 5 of the FNMA Multifamily Guide or any successor provisions covering the same subject matter in the case of a Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is multifamily property or (ii) the American Society for Testing and Materials in the case of Specially Serviced Mortgage Loan as to which the related Mortgaged Property is not multifamily property.

  • Phase I Environmental Assessment A “Phase I assessment” as described in, and meeting the criteria of, the ASTM, plus a radon and asbestos inspection.

  • Risk assessment means a programme to determine any risk associated with any hazard at a construction site , in order to identify the steps needed to be taken to remove, reduce or control such hazard;

  • conformity assessment means the process demonstrating whether the requirements of this Regulation relating to a device have been fulfilled;

  • Phase I Environmental Report means a report by an Independent Person who regularly conducts environmental site assessments in accordance with then current standards imposed by institutional commercial mortgage lenders and who has a reasonable amount of experience conducting such assessments.

  • Initial assessment means an assessment conducted prior to or at admission to determine whether the individual meets the service's admission criteria; what the individual's immediate service, health, and safety needs are; and whether the provider has the capability and staffing to provide the needed services.

  • Phase I Report means, with respect to any Facility, a report that (i) conforms to the ASTM Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process, E 1527, (ii) was conducted no more than six months prior to the date such report is required to be delivered hereunder, by one or more environmental consulting firms reasonably satisfactory to Administrative Agent, (iii) includes an assessment of asbestos-containing materials at such Facility, (iv) is accompanied by (a) an estimate of the reasonable worst-case cost of investigating and remediating any Hazardous Materials Activity identified in the Phase I Report as giving rise to an actual or potential material violation of any Environmental Law or as presenting a material risk of giving rise to a material Environmental Claim, and (b) a current compliance audit setting forth an assessment of Holdings’, its Subsidiaries’ and such Facility’s current and past compliance with Environmental Laws and an estimate of the cost of rectifying any non-compliance with current Environmental Laws identified therein and the cost of compliance with reasonably anticipated future Environmental Laws identified therein.

  • Phase or “Phases” in respect of the Project shall mean that the components of the Project are placed in service during more than one year during the Investment Period, and the word “Phase” shall therefore refer to the applicable portion of the Project placed in service in a given year during the Investment Period.

  • Environmental Audit means, with respect to each Property, a Phase One environmental site assessment (the scope and performance of which meets or exceeds the then most current ASTM Standard Practice E1527 for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase One Environmental Site Assessment Process) of such Property.

  • Internal test assessment means, but is not limited to, conducting those tests of quality assurance necessary to ensure the integrity of the test.

  • Formative assessment means assessments used within the school year to analyze general strengths and weaknesses in learning and instruction, to understand the performance of students individually and across achievement categories, to adapt instruction to meet students’ needs, and to consider placement and planning for the next grade level. Data and performance from the formative assessments must not be used in the calculation of elementary, middle, or high school or district ratings, but may be used in determining primary school ratings.”
