Phase II Environmental Site Assessment definition

Phase II Environmental Site Assessment means an investigation of all potential areas of concern identified in the Phase I Environmental Site Assessment for the purpose of determining if a Release of any substance has occurred.
Phase II Environmental Site Assessment or “Phase II” means an investigation performed in accordance with ASTM International’s Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase II Environmental Site Assessment Process (E 1903), as amended.

Phase II Environmental Site Assessment. (Phase II ESA) means an Environmental Investigation, which at a minimum, is conducted by an Environmental Professional in accordance with the most recently adopted standard for a Phase II ESA process established by ASTM International, currently ASTM E1903-97 (2002).
