Phasing Schedule means a schedule setting forth the timeframes by which an affordable housing site or zone will produce affordable housing in accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:27D-311.b.

Phasing Schedule means that schedule attached hereto as Exhibit C-2 which sets forth milestones with respect to the obligations of Landlord and Tenant regarding the development and completion of the Construction Documents, the negotiation, approval and execution of the contract with the GMP Contractor for the performance by Landlord of the applicable phases of the Base Building Work and the Tenant Improvement Work, the preparation, review, approval and completion of the final plans and specifications for the Tenant Improvement Work and the Base Building Plans, the dates on which Tenant shall temporarily vacate and surrender portions of the Original Premises in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement in order for Landlord to be able to perform the Base Building Work and Tenant Improvement Work and the construction and installation of the Base Building Work and the Tenant Improvement Work. Landlord and Tenant agree to cooperate with one another in the performance of their respective obligations under the Phasing Schedule. The parties shall cooperate to update the dates set forth in the Phasing Schedule from time to time in order to account for actual events and permitted delays during the performance of the Tenant Improvement Work.
