Phasing Schedule definition

Phasing Schedule means the schedule describing the phases of the Permitted Maritime Usage and appended to this Consent in the Appendix identified as such in the Particulars Schedule.

Phasing Schedule means the summary of the phases of the Development set out in the Resort Master Plan, as amended and endorsed with the approval of the Province from time to time, in accordance with this Agreement;

More Definitions of Phasing Schedule

Phasing Schedule means a schedule setting forth the timeframes by which an affordable housing site or zone will produce affordable housing in accordance with N.J.S.A. 52:27D-311.b.

Phasing Schedule means that schedule attached hereto as Exhibit C-2 which sets forth milestones with respect to the obligations of Landlord and Tenant regarding the development and completion of the Construction Documents, the negotiation, approval and execution of the contract with the GMP Contractor for the performance by Landlord of the applicable phases of the Base Building Work and the Tenant Improvement Work, the preparation, review, approval and completion of the final plans and specifications for the Tenant Improvement Work and the Base Building Plans, the dates on which Tenant shall temporarily vacate and surrender portions of the Original Premises in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement in order for Landlord to be able to perform the Base Building Work and Tenant Improvement Work and the construction and installation of the Base Building Work and the Tenant Improvement Work. Landlord and Tenant agree to cooperate with one another in the performance of their respective obligations under the Phasing Schedule. The parties shall cooperate to update the dates set forth in the Phasing Schedule from time to time in order to account for actual events and permitted delays during the performance of the Tenant Improvement Work.

Phasing Schedule means the schedule for the acquisition, construction and installation of the Project in accordance with the Project Development Plan, attached hereto as Exhibit D and by this reference made a part hereof.

Phasing Schedule means the summary of phased development for the Resort Area set out in Schedule “C” and includes all maps, plans, summaries and other documents referred to in the Phasing Schedule;
