PILOT Documents definition

PILOT Documents means, individually and/or collectively, any documents executed (other than a PILOT Lease and including any PILOT Bonds) in connection with any PILOT Lease and any other documents granting an abatement or benefit with respect to Taxes in favor of an Individual Borrower, an Individual Property (or any portion thereof) or the Tenant under a Lease with respect to such Individual Property, in each case, described on Schedule VII hereto.
PILOT Documents means (a) any PILOT Bond, (b) any PILOT Lease, and (c) any PILOT Bond Pledge Agreement.
PILOT Documents means the Exhibit “F” and “G” to the CEA.

  • Except as described herein, none of the REAs and/or the PILOT Documents has been modified, amended or supplemented.

More Definitions of PILOT Documents

PILOT Documents means, individually and/or collectively, as the context may require, (i) the PILOT Agreement and (ii) the Ground Lease.
PILOT Documents means the PILOT Agreement, the PILOT Mortgage and each other Instrument of Collateral Security (as each such term is defined in the IDA Lease).
PILOT Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
PILOT Documents means the PILOT Agreement, the PILOT Mortgage and each other Instrument of Collateral Security (as each such term is defined in the XXX Lease). “Plan” means a Single Employer Plan or a Multiple Employer Plan.
PILOT Documents means (a) any PILOT Bond, (b) any PILOT Lease, and (c) any PILOT Bond Pledge Agreement. “PILOT Bond Pledge Agreement” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.23(a) hereof.

  • RFP Documents means the following documents to be entered into by the parties to the respective agreements in connection with the supply of power:

  • Aircraft Documents means all flight records, maintenance records, historical records, modification records, overhaul records, manuals, logbooks, authorizations, drawings and data relating to the Airframe, any Engine, or any Part, or that are required by Applicable Law to be created or maintained with respect to the maintenance and/or operation of the Aircraft.

  • Project Documents means all documents relating to the Construction Loan, Mortgage Loan and Construction Contract. It shall also include all documents required by any governmental agency having jurisdiction over the Apartment Housing in connection with the development, construction and financing of the Apartment Housing, including but not limited to, the approved Plans and Specifications for the development and construction of the Apartment Housing.

  • Contractor Documents means one or more document, agreement or other instrument required by Contractor in connection with the performance of the products and services being purchased by the State, regardless of format, including the license agreement, end user license agreement or similar document, any hyperlinks to documents contained in the Contractor Documents, agreement or other instrument and any other paper or “shrinkwrap,” “clickwrap,” “browsewrap” or other electronic version thereof.

  • Relevant Documents has the meaning specified in Section 11.02.

  • Agreement Documents means the instructions to proponents, scope of service, addenda, response to the RFP, and the acceptance of proposal together with all subsequently negotiated agreements, written amendments, modifications, and supplements to such documents and all written authorizations signed by the administrator(s) amending, deleting, or adding to the contract.

  • Pass Through Documents means each Pass Through Trust Agreement, the Note Purchase Agreement, each Escrow Agreement, each Deposit Agreement, the Intercreditor Agreement and each Liquidity Facility.

  • Lessee Documents Has the meaning set forth in Section 6.01(b) of the Participation Agreement.

  • Related Documents mean all promissory notes, credit agreements, loan agreements, environmental agreements, guaranties, security agreements, mortgages, deeds of trust, security deeds, collateral mortgages, and all other instruments, agreements and documents, whether now or hereafter existing, executed in connection with the Loan.

  • Operating Documents are, for any Person, such Person’s formation documents, as certified by the Secretary of State (or equivalent agency) of such Person’s jurisdiction of organization on a date that is no earlier than thirty (30) days prior to the Effective Date, and, (a) if such Person is a corporation, its bylaws in current form, (b) if such Person is a limited liability company, its limited liability company agreement (or similar agreement), and (c) if such Person is a partnership, its partnership agreement (or similar agreement), each of the foregoing with all current amendments or modifications thereto.
