Point of Recruitment definition

Point of Recruitment means the community the employee resided in immediately prior to the time of initial appointment to the Government of Nunavut, or if employed as of April 1, 1999, the community the employee resided in immediately prior to the commencement of the employee’s continuous service.
Point of Recruitment means the Canadian community the employee resides in at the time of initial appointment to the Public Service. At the discretion of the Superintendent, point of recruitment for international hires means the point of entry into Canada or the community outside of Canada the employee resides in at the time of initial appointment to the Public Service.
Point of Recruitment means the community the Employee resided in at the time of initial appointment to the Government of Nunavut.

Point of Recruitment for local hires means the Employer's choice of Montreal or Ottawa. Limitations The following limitations shall apply to the ultimate removal assistance:

Except as provided in this Agreement expressions used in this Agreement, (1) if defined in the Education Act, have the same meaning as given to them in the Education Act; and (2) if defined in the Public Service Act, but not defined in the Education Act, have the same meaning as given to them in the Public Service Act; and
Point of Recruitment means the community the employee resided in at the time of initial appointment to the Public Service. 2.02 Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement expressions used in this Agreement, (1) if defined in the Education Act, have the same meaning as given to them in the Education Act; and (2) if defined in the Public Service Act, but not defined in the Education Act, have the same meaning as given to them in the Public Service Act; and (3) if defined in the Interpretation Act, but not defined in the Education Act or the Public Service Act have the same meaning as given to them in the Interpretation Act. 2.03 The Employer recognizes the Association as the Exclusive Bargaining Agent for all employees in the Bargaining Unit.
Point of Recruitment for local hires means the Employer’s choice of Montreal or Ottawa.

Related to Point of Recruitment

  • point of consumption means a point of consumption as defined in the Regulations;

  • Point of Interconnection means the point or points where the Customer Interconnection Facilities interconnect with the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities or the Transmission System.
