Preferential Use Space definition

Preferential Use Space means that Assigned Space for which Airline holds a preference as to use, and which may be used on a non-preferential basis by another airline or tenant.
Preferential Use Space means that portion of Airline Space which Airline has Preferential Use of under this Agreement, including ticket counters, holdrooms, and associated boarding bridge(s), including all fixtures and equipment located thereon (that are not Airline Equipment).
Preferential Use Space means space leased by an Airline on a preferential basis.

Examples of Preferential Use Space in a sentence

  • Each Airline shall pay the Authority for its use of the assigned, Preferential Use Space in the Terminal.

  • If AIRLINE does not lease the applicable IAF gate as Preferential Use Space, AIRLINE shall pay to MAC monthly IAF gate fees determined by multiplying the number of arrivals at the IAF by AIRLINE’s propeller aircraft, narrow-body jet aircraft, and wide-body jet aircraft by $400, $800, and $1,200, respectively.

  • Airline’s Preferential Use Space are subject to the change of facility status, relocation, Active Loading and Active Unloading period requirements and other provisions of this Rates and Charges Regulation.

  • Airline will have Preferential Use of that portion of Airline’s Terminal Area Allocated Premises designated as Preferential Use Space as described in Section 4.02.

More Definitions of Preferential Use Space

Preferential Use Space means a space in the present Terminal in which an Airline has priority in use over other airlines or users.
Preferential Use Space means, at any time, the Premises leased and used jointly by AIRLINE and one or more other Air Transportation Companies for the processing of passengers, for which AIRLINE has priority use over other Air Transportation Companies, as more particularly set forth on Exhibits A, A-1 and A-2.
Preferential Use Space means space used by Lessee on a priority basis over other Airlines, consisting of one or more of the following areas of the Terminal: airline ticket counters, office space, and garage/baggage space in the airline ticket office (ATO).
Preferential Use Space means the terminal space leased to Airline for its preferential use as delineated in Exhibit 1. Preferential Use Space shall include airline ticket offices, operations offices, storage space, and ground services equipment parking space on the Ramp Area as identified in Exhibit 1.
Preferential Use Space means the non-exclusive space in the Terminal Complex assigned by AVIATION to AIRLINE for which AIRLINE has preferential, but not exclusive use rights, for use in common with others, and that is more fully set forth in Exhibit B1, attached hereto or as the same may be amended from time to time, and by reference made a part hereof. Such areas may include, but shall not be limited to, passenger check-in areas (excluding airline ticket offices), skycap podiums, aircraft gates and their associated passenger loading bridges, apron area, holdroom, and related equipment assignments.
Preferential Use Space means those premises from time to time leased to an airline, including Airline, for its preferential and nonexclusive use and shall include passenger holdrooms, Aircraft Parking Positions, and Loading Bridges. The Preferential Use Space in the Terminal Building are described in Exhibit C.
Preferential Use Space means those portions of the Terminal Building Area and Apron and Taxiway Area assigned to AIRLINE as shown on Exhibits "B and "C," attached hereto, to which AIRLINE shall have priority over all other users subject to the provisions of Article 3.
