Preliminary Works definition

Preliminary Works means all artwork including, but not limited to, concepts, sketches, visual presentations, or other alternate or preliminary designs and documents developed by Designer and which may or may not be shown and or delivered to Client for consideration but do not form part of the Final Art.

More Definitions of Preliminary Works

Preliminary Works means all artwork including, but not limited to, concepts, sketches, visual presentations, or other alternate or preliminary designs and documents developed by Provider and which may or may not be shown and or delivered to Client for consideration but do not form part of the Final Art.
Preliminary Works means operations consisting of site clearance, environmental surveys, investigations for the purpose of assessing ground conditions, erection of any temporary means of enclosure, the temporary display of site notices or installation of a site compound or any other temporary building or structure

Preliminary Works. Means all documentation developed specifically to prepare the Final Artwork, as set forth in Exhibit B. The Preliminary Works include, but are not limited to, concepts, photographs, sketches, photo simulations, drawings, other appropriate renditions of the visual art, and other alternate or preliminary designs and documents developed by ASSIGNOR and which form part of or all the Final Artwork. The Preliminary Works are hereby incorporated by reference and made part of this Agreement, and attached as Exhibit E.
